ESB is to sell its 50 per cent shareholding in each of its international tolling plants: Marchwood Power in Britain and Bizkaia Energia in Spain.

ESB is to sell its 50 per cent shareholding in each of its international tolling plants: Marchwood Power in Britain and Bizkaia Energia in Spain.

Marchwood Power is located in Marchwood, near Southampton in England. It entered commercial operations in late 2009 and is jointly owned by ESB and Scottish & Southern Energy (SSE).
