ESB in major deal with GAA
The ESB is about to announce a major new deal with the GAAto sponsor the All-Ireland minor hurling and football championships.
Sources close to the ESB described the deal as a “significant sponsorship'‘, saying it would be announced this Wednesday in Croke Park.
A spokesman for the ESB declined to comment. This is the second sponsorship the ESB has announced this year. In July it agreed a three-year deal with the Irish Hockey Association to sponsor the Irish women's hockey team.The ESB will also sponsor this month'sWomen's Europ e an Nat ions hockey tournament. ...
