International investors are bullish about European stocks in 2013 according to recent reports, and Irish companies are among the biggest beneficiaries.

International investors are bullish about European stocks in 2013 according to recent reports, and Irish companies are among the biggest beneficiaries.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch last week said that stock sell-offs in emerging markets were driving European equities back to pre-crisis levels, with allocations to eurozone stocks reaching their highest level since May 2007.

"A net 36 per cent of global asset allocators are overweight in the region, more than twice the net 17 per cent...
