Former US presidential climate change adviser Professor Jody Freeman of Harvard University Law School will be the keynote speaker at a conference on designing effective environmental regulation on May 29 at Newman House, St Stephen's Green, Dublin.
High Court judge Colm MacEochaidh will chair the final session. Other speakers include Gerard O'Leary of the Environmental Protection Agency, Anne Brosnan, chief prosecutor of the British Environmental Agency, and Professor Colin Reid of the University of Dundee.
