Irish entrepreneur Terry Clune, the founder of international tax consultancy [Taxback.com](http://www.taxback.com/), has launched a service to support a new state-backed drive to attract small companies to Ireland.

He has set up a Kilkenny-based entity called [ConnectIreland] (http://www.connectireland.com/) with 30 staff to run the scheme and said he was funding all its operational costs.
