Enterprise Ireland has invested €600,000 in Prime Carrier, a Dublin telecoms software firm that employs about 40 people, writes Gavin Daly.

The state agency, which is headed by Frank Ryan, made the investment in recent weeks, according to documents just filed at the Companies Registration Office in Dublin.
