Enterprise Ireland and several private investors are nursing losses after the collapse of a software firm that had raised more than €5 million in backing.
Cusp Point Software, a document management software firm with offices in Ireland and the US, has gone into liquidation after failing to emerge from examinership.
The company asked the High Court for protection from its creditors last November amid cashflow problems.
