Ensure your P35 is in order

With the deadline for filing P35 returns approaching, we examine what employers have to do in order to lodge them with the Revenue, writes Dick O’Brien.

The deadline for filing annual P35 returns is rapidly approaching. Employers have two weeks to complete and return their forms before the February 15 closing date. Every registered employer is obliged to make this return, which accounts for all PAYE and PRSI deductions from employees’ remuneration during the year ending December 31, 2008.
