Enniskillen in Co Fermanagh has emerged as having the third highest rate of annual house price inflation in the North or Britain.

Enniskillen in Co Fermanagh has emerged as having the third highest rate of annual house price inflation in the North or Britain.

At a rate of 31 per cent in the past year, only in Ellesmere Port in Cheshire and Port Talbot in south Wales are prices appreciating faster, according to the most recent house price index from the Halifax building society.
