The latest property investment tally, for the last three months of 2017, shows strong activity in the final quarter of the year brought total turnover figures for 2017 to €2.3 billion.

“There were three large deals [of €50 million-plus] which accounted for almost 50 per cent of the €954 million transacted in Q4,” said Joan Henry, head of research at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
