Enchanted by Chianti’s possibilities

Chianti features on almost every restaurant wine list and wine shop shelf in the world, and yet it is one of the world’s least understood wines.

The information on its labels is confusing, possibly because the Tuscan area of Chianti is itself in constant upheaval, due to internecine rivalry and opportunistic wine producers.
