A Portlaoise man has lost an employment appeals tribunal case over the installation of ‘‘spy software’’ on his company’s computer.
Christian Scally, a former manager of Storm Cinemas in Portlaoise, took a case against his employer after he was fired in 2004for installing a keylogging program on his employer’s PC.
