Ely Property, the Dublin property management group that floated on the Alternative Investment Market in London last year, is to enter the United States property market with a scheme aimed at Irish investors.
Ely Property, the Dublin property management group that floated on the Alternative Investment Market in London last year, is to enter the United States property market with a scheme aimed at Irish investors.
The company, which reported full-year profits of €1.5 million last week, hopes to make it easier for Irish investors to acquire a buy-to-let property in the US by handling their property management requirements from Dublin.
