More than a dozen manufacturers announced rivals to Apple’s iPad, most using the latest version of Google’s Android operating system, Honeycomb.
But the two most eagerly-awaited tablets, BlackBerry’s Playbook and Apple’s iPad 2, were not on show in Las Vegas.
