Eircom exits examinership process

Eircom has announced that the three companies in its group placed under examinership at the end of March have successfully exited the process.

Eircom has exited the examinership process.

Eircom has announced that the three companies in its group placed under examinership at the end of March have successfully exited the process and that its lenders have now taken control of the company.

Eircom Limited, Meteor Mobile Communications Limited and Irish Telecommunications Investments Limited entered examinership on 29th March.

The company said in its statement that a simplified capital structure is now in place and a new holding company, to be named Eircom Holdings...
