Eircom announces fibre broadband for 12,000 Dublin premises

Eircom has announced that 12,000 premises in Dublin - in Dublin and Sandyford - can receive its newly-built fibre broadband.

Eircom has announced that 12,000 premises in Dublin - in Dublin, Sandyford and Priory Park - can receive its newly-built fibre broadband.

The company said that the premises in Dundrum and Priory Park can receive speeds up to 50 megabits-per-second (Mbs). It said that some premises in Sandyford can receive speeds of up to 150Mbs. The company did not say how much the 150Mbs service costs.
