"Now more than ever, it is crucial that social, financial and environmental performance is balanced in order for companies to thrive in an increasingly demanding marketplace," said Irene Collins, managing director of the National Q Mark.

With that in mind, Excellence Ireland Quality Association (EIQA) has launched Green Q to the marketplace, with the intention that this Q Mark for Environmental Awareness will give companies an edge when it comes to their carbon footprint.
