Eight judges and 80 staff for new insolvency service

The government has approved an initial staff of 80 for the new Personal Insolvency Service, while eight Circuit Court judges will be allocated.

The government has approved an initial staff of 80 for the new Personal Insolvency Service, while eight Circuit Court judges will be allocated to deal with the expected torrent of applications from indebted individuals.
