Joint agents Lisney and CBRE have begun marketing of Trinity Quarter, a new office devel opment at Copley Street/South Terrace in Cork City. The scheme was designed by RKD Architects to ‘Gold LEED’ standard. LEED-certified buildings are resource efficient; they use less water and energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
