Estate agent Richard Gutteridge of Knight Frank said he was ‘‘frankly delighted’’ with the recent surprisingly quick sale of two stg£5 million luxury townhouses at the latest project of Morpheus Developments on the site of the Webber Douglas Drama School in Clareville Street, South Kensington. The first townhouse sold off plans, the second was launched a month ago and has already exchanged.
