EBS staff are to go on strike next Tuesday and further protests may involve involve picketing branches of the building societies parent company AIB, a statement from the UNITE trade union said.

Next Tuesday’s one day strike will see pickets placed at the EBS Head Office on Burlington Road, and branches at the Square shopping centre in Tallaght and on William Street in Limerick, the statement said.
