More than €100 million-worth of apartments in a new development in Sandyford, south Dublin, were sold within a few hours of going onto the market last Thursday.

More than €100 million-worth of apartments in a new development in Sandyford, south Dublin, were sold within a few hours of going onto the market last Thursday.

Buyers, predominantly owner-occupiers, snapped up the 170 apartments in the first phase of the Rockbrook scheme, which is being built close to the Stillorgan Luas stop.
