British-based European investment fund DWS Alternatives Global has bought 214 apartments in a private rented sector (PRS) investment at the Fairway in Dún Laoghaire in south Dublin.
The Cosgrave Group scheme, which was guiding €95 million through agent Hooke & MacDonald, is part of the larger Cualanor development on Upper Glenageary Road and is due for completion between this September and February next year.
