Dutch group APG joins Hines for Cherrywood project
Joint venture eyes further Dublin opportunities after plan for 1,200 build-to-rent apartments
The €450m development will include shops and cafes at street level in the new Cherrywood Town Centre.
The project is part of a plan to build a new town in Cherrywood, which is a government-designated Strategic Development Zone.
While APG is involved in a number of other property projects in Ireland, this is its largest investment in the country to date.
