Dunnes Stores is set to anchor a €100 million retail and leisure scheme on Courthouse Road in Fermoy, Co Cork.

Ballyjamesduff Properties, which is led by the Dublin firm James Toomey Architects, has applied to Cork County Council for permission to build the scheme on a 12-acre site which is bounded by the river Blackwater to the north, and by the Lidl and Toss Bryan stores fronting Courthouse Road to the south.
