Dunnes Stores is close to signing a deal to anchor the Beacon South Quarter development in Sandyford in Dublin 18, which is being developed by Paddy Shovlin’s Landmark Developments.

The move is part of Dunnes Stores’ aggressive expansion plan which has seen it moving to challenge Tesco’s dominance of the supermarket sector around Dublin.
