Multimillionaire property developers Sean Mulryan and Sean Dunne are planning to build a shopping centre in Greystones, Co Wicklow, roughly the same size as the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre in west Dublin.
Multimillionaire property developers Sean Mulryan and Sean Dunne are planning to build a shopping centre in Greystones, Co Wicklow, roughly the same size as the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre in west Dublin.
The centre, which is planned for a site of almost 80 acres at Charlesland, is part of a major New development that industry sources said could be worth up to €1.5 billion on completion.
The plan also includes homes and offices.
