Property developer Sean Dunne is believed to have made an approach to buy Hume House, an office building in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, owned by Irish Life.

Property developer Sean Dunne is believed to have made an approach to buy Hume House, an office building in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, owned by Irish Life.

Rumours that he had bought the site were denied by his spokesman last week. Irish Life has been approached numerous times by property developers interested in the eight-storey building, but the company has never shown a willingness to sell.
