Property developer Sean Dunne has been granted planning permission to redevelop the Donnybrook Mall in Dublin 4.

Property developer Sean Dunne has been granted planning permission to redevelop the Donnybrook Mall in Dublin 4.

The developer will demolish an existing two-storey building and almost treble the amount of space on the site to create six shops, three offices, a medical centre, restaurant, bank and four two-bed apartments.

Dublin City Council imposed 21 standard conditions as part of the redevelopment. Dunne had applied for permission for the development through a company called Padholme, which...
