Dunne drops plans for full Jurys bid but will keep his 28% stake

Sean Dunne is no longer considering making a full bid for the Jurys Doyle Hotel Group but is likely to retain his shareholding for the long term, sources close to the developer have said.

Sean Dunne is no longer considering making a full bid for the Jurys Doyle Hotel Group but is likely to retain his shareholding for the long term, sources close to the developer have said.

Dunne, who will pay €260 million for the 4.84-acre Ballsbridge site this week, is being backed by Ulster Bank.
