Dunne consents to €185m Nama order

The embattled property developer, Sean Dunne has been directed to pay over €185 million to the National Asset Management Agency (Nama).

The embattled property developer, Sean Dunne has been directed to pay over €185 million to the National Asset Management Agency (Nama).

Dunne consented to the order being made against him in the Commercial Court this morning.

The €185 million consists of nine loans and personal guarantees relating to transactions involving AIB, Bank of Ireland and Irish Nationwide.
