Dundrum Town Centre to stay closed

Dublin's newest shopping centre remains without power and will stay closed today

After being evacuated last night due to flooding, Dundrum Town Centre on Dublin's southside is expected to remain closed today.

Don Nugent, the centre's director, told RTE's Morning Ireland programme that the centre was still relying on an emergency generator for power and was not in a position to open.

This is the first time it's been forced to close in its six year history.
