Crossridge Investments, the Castlethorn Construction subsidiary that is developing the Dundrum Town Centre in south Dublin, has lodged a new planning permission, seeking to build nearly 24,000 square metres of offices on the site and to convert some of the planned parking into retail units.
Sources suggested that, if approved, the new offices would be let for more than €270 per square metre.
