Dunboyne prices slashed by 40%

Menolly Homes has slashed prices at its Dunboyne Castle development in Co Meath by up to 40 per cent.

One-bedroom apartments at the scheme, which have 45 square metres of living space, are now on offer from €170,000.

Two-bed units with between 62 and 69 square metres of space are priced from €225,000. A single three-bedroom apartment remains available, and is on the market for €275,000.
