Dublin's prime office costs starting to increase
Global survey shows the capital moving up the world rankings, writes Donal Buckley.
Rising prime office rents have pushed Dublin up the international rankings in for the first time in six years according to a newly released global office costs survey.
From being at its lowest point at 31 in the global rankings last year Dublin prime office occupancy costs have risen to 25th position. These are among the findings in the latest survey compiled by Cushman & Wakefield, the international associate of Dublin agents Lisney.
