Dublin's Locks, Galway's Aniar get Michelin stars
Locks Brasserie in Portobello in Dublin and Aniar of Galway have both been awarded a coveted Michelin star.
Two Irish restaurants have been awarded coveted Michelin stars - Locks Brasserie in Portobello in Dublin, and Aniar on Dominick Street in Galway.
News of the stars emerged today when Michelin published a list of the restaurants included in its 2013 UK and Ireland guide on its website, catching the culinary world by surprise.
The guide is not due to be published until October 4.
