Dublin/Meath clash to earn €1.2m for GAA coffers

The GAA will gross €1.2 million from today’s Leinster football championship quarterfinal between Meath and Dublin at Croke Park.

The GAA will gross €1.2 million from today’s Leinster football championship quarterfinal between Meath and Dublin at Croke Park.

It is one of the highest-ever figures for a provincial championship match. The money will go to the Leinster Council, which will then pay a straight rent to the GAA for using the stadium.
