Dublin third highest for office rents

As the capital vies for post-Brexit financial services jobs, figures from Knight Frank show rents of €646 per square metre for the first half of the year, writes Donal Buckley

Dublin office rents are third highest of the eurozone cities and prime rents here are substantially ahead of key cities with which Dublin is competing for post-Brexit financial services jobs.

During the first half of this year, Dublin office rents held steady at €646 per square metre, while those in Paris continued to increase to €772 per square metre and those in Stockholm to €669 per square metre. That’s according to the latest European Quarterly...
