Dublin sees more than €16 million in property sales over ten days

Interest in expensive homes has eased off somewhat, writes Donal Buckley.

Over €16 million was generated from auctions of houses, development sites and a Georgian office in the Greater Dublin Area during the last 10 days.

Agents agree however that there has been an easing in the level of competitive bidding for millionaire homes and this is reflected in that four of the 12 houses failed to sell. Some of the other eight sold after auction.
