Dublin rises up property investment league table

Between €2 billion and €3 billion is available for investment in Irish property Reits, and these figures are almost double the previous estimates of between €1.5 billion and €2 billion.

Between €2 billion and €3 billion is available for investment in Irish property Reits, and these figures are almost double the previous estimates of between €1.5 billion and €2 billion. The latest figures emerged at a seminar hosted by the Irish branch of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) last week.
