Residents of the Mount St Anne's development in Milltown, south Dublin, may go to the High Court to stop new apartments being built on the site and the granting of greater public access.

The residents' committee has taken legal advice over plans by building firm, Park Developments, to build another 217 apartments and 324 car parking spaces next to existing blocks.

The residents are also angered by plans to allow a right of way through the development...
