Dublin property investor adds to British portfolio

Dublin property investor Patrick Rocca has bought three buildings in England from the British property tycoons, the Tchenguiz brothers, for £219 million (€322 million) in separate deals.

Rocca purchased Lloyd’s Chambers on Portsoken Street in the City of London for £104 million, Quadrant House in Sutton, Surrey, for £65 million and Norwich Union House in Sheffield for £50 million.

The Dublin businessman has been acquisitive in the British commercial property market in recent years, buying prime properties with strong blue-chip tenants. His property deals in Britain have exceeded €500 million in value.
