The amount of vacant office space in Dublin is falling, according to a new report from Savills.

The amount of vacant office space in Dublin is falling, according to a new report from Savills.

With new office take-up focused on cities in the first quarter of 2012, Dublin city's vacancy rate has fallen to 21.2 per cent compared to 23 per cent in the middle of 2011.

The overall Dublin Grade A vacancy rate stands at 3.9 per cent, reflecting better terms and conditions and the fact that no new office space is in the pipeline...
