A new report on Dublin’s office market shows that take-up of properties has fallen significantly.

Although the Jones Lang Lasalle report found that the number of enquiries has risen, it showed that take-up in the first quarter of 2012 compared to the previous quarter was down 18.4 per cent. Compared to the same period one year ago, take up fell 47.4 per cent.

There property company said that its report does show some signs of positivity...
