Dublin Landings deal for €106.5 million

Colliers International acted on behalf of the South Korean trust JR AMC, which recently acquired Dublin Landings 2 along North Wall Quay in Dublin 1, for €106.5 million.

The building is one of five that form Dublin Landings, a high-profile 100,000 square metre mixed use Docklands Development, which is under construction by Ballymore and Oxley.
