Dublin is not among the top 50 most expensive office markets in the world with total occupancy costs in the capital here down an average of 5.9 per cent in the past 12 months, a survey has shown.
The decline came as occupancy costs increased by an average of 2.1 per cent worldwide over the past year, according to the CBRE Global Research and Consulting’s semi-annual Prime Office Occupancy Costs survey.
