Dublin house prices up 25% in a year

UPDATE: Dublin residential property prices were 25.1 per cent higher at the end of August than they were a year previously, according to the latest data from the Central Statistics Office.

Dublin's house prices have risen strongly over the past year.

Dublin residential property prices were 25.1 per cent higher at the end of August than they were a year previously, according to the latest data from the Central Statistics Office.

House prices in the capital continued to rise during August, up 3.5 per cent in the month. Apartment prices grew strongest over the year, up 32.6 per cent when compared with the same month of 2013, while house prices were up 24.7 per cent in the period.
