Dublin homes sell for well above guide prices

Five Dublin houses sold at auction last week at prices ranging from just below the million euro mark and up to €3.65 million. While auction sales by four different agents topped €10.5 million, two houses were withdrawn unsold.

Ranelagh’s strong appeal for up-market home buyers was reflected in three of the sales.
