Dublin firm Solar Print has announced plans to create 80 new jobs as it prepares to ramp up production of its green energy technology.

Dublin firm Solar Print has announced plans to create 80 new jobs as it prepares to ramp up production of its green energy technology.

The company has earmarked investment of €5 mill ion to open a new high volume production facility which, it said, would be located in the Greater Dublin area.

Established in late 2008, SolarPrint specialises in the development of dye sensitised solar cell technology, which is used to convert light to energy.
