Dublin commercial property market among Europe's hottest

A DTZ report says foreign capital will continue to surge into Irish investment market.

More than €6 billion worth of global capital is earmarked for possible investment in Irish commercial property and apartment blocks, according to a new report from property consultants DTZ. The firm also ranks Dublin's office, retail and industrial markets among the hottest in Europe.

Around €1.095 billion has been spent on Irish investment property in the first nine months of this year, and Michele Jackson, director of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald in Dublin, estimates that investment...
